Well folks, I have gotten in trouble numerous times for talking about my products and how they can help people. Meta shut me down when I tried to link my Shopify store. Etsy banned me from selling completely. Youtube gave me a few strikes. I've been shadow banned on Instagram and Facebook several times. So I figure the only way you're going to be able to learn about this stuff is if I have it on a separate website.

So, why syrups? Because a little bit of sugar helps the medicine go down. It's a lot easier to take a swig of syrup instead of another pill. And sometimes these potent herbs make you want to gag, so a little organic sugar helps get them in. Kids are also more receptive to taking it if it's sweet. Why sugar and not honey? Because if I cooked the honey down it would lose all of its benefit and also cost a fortune to make. Honey is expensive. So this is the route I decided to go. All of these herbs have a benefit beyond what I even use them for, so don't be afraid to try them all.
You can take them straight, or mix a splash into some tea or water depending on how you like things. The best part? No BS. No coloring or flavoring or chemicals. So take it down and pass it around. Be sure to shake well before each use. If you see a thick layer of powdered herbs at the bottom, that's where the good stuff is. So really shake that sucker until everything is mixed in before you take it. Keep in the fridge to maintain freshness or freeze into cubes for later use.

BREATHE Syrup

The bitchin' herbs in my breathe syrup were no accident. This was the first syrup I made, the OG, and it took off because it worked so well. Horehound acts as a natural expectorant, helping to loosen and clear mucus from the lungs and airways. It contains marrubiin, a bitter compound that stimulates coughing in a productive way, making it useful for chest colds and bronchitis. Mullein soothes inflamed respiratory tissues and supports lung function. Its demulcent (mucilage-rich) properties coat the throat and airways, reducing irritation, while its gentle expectorant action helps expel congestion. Elderflowers are traditionally used to reduce fever and support the immune system. They promote sweating (diaphoretic action), helping the body eliminate waste through the skin during fevers, and contain antioxidants that combat viral activity and inflammation. Lobelia acts as a bronchodilator and expectorant, helping to open the airways and relax respiratory muscles. It’s often used in small doses to ease spasmodic coughing and support deeper breathing, especially during asthma-like symptoms or bronchial congestion. Rosehips are exceptionally high in vitamin C and other antioxidants, which support immune function and help reduce oxidative stress during illness. They also provide anti-inflammatory benefits that can soothe sore throats and systemic inflammation.
Elecampane has strong antibacterial and mucolytic properties, meaning it helps break down thick mucus while fighting off respiratory pathogens. It’s particularly beneficial for deep lung infections, chronic coughs, and bronchitis. Cinnamon has antiviral, antibacterial, and warming properties. It helps increase circulation, fight off microbial invaders, and soothe sore throats. Its active compound, cinnamaldehyde, also supports immune activity and digestion, which is often sluggish during illness.
BUGOUT Syrup

Eat too much Costco sushi and need to get rid of some parasites in your life? BUGOUT is the syrup for you. (Did you know there is a link between cancer and parasites?) Wormwood contains potent compounds such as artemisinin and thujone, which disrupt the metabolism of intestinal parasites, leading to their elimination. Black Walnut Hull is rich in juglone and tannins, which exhibit broad-spectrum antiparasitic and antifungal activities, helping to create an inhospitable environment for parasites. Clove’s high eugenol content acts as a natural anthelmintic by paralyzing parasite eggs and larvae, thereby preventing reinfestation. With all the garbage in the air and water and food, we need to be detoxing to reduce our toxic load. Activated Charcoal is a highly porous substance that binds to toxins, chemicals, and gases in the gastrointestinal tract through a process called adsorption. By trapping these substances, it helps prevent their absorption into the bloodstream and supports their elimination through the digestive system. Charcoal works great to get rid of food poisoning, clear stomach viruses, heavy metals, and alcohol. So if you're going to have a night of overindulgence, definitely take your charcoal that night and then replenish your body with vitamins in the morning. Dandelion Root stimulates liver function and bile production. It contains compounds like sesquiterpene lactones and inulin that support liver detoxification pathways and promote kidney function, aiding in the excretion of waste products via urine. Ginger enhances circulation, supports digestion, and exhibits antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It can help stimulate sweating and digestive enzyme production, encouraging the body’s natural detoxification through the skin, liver, and gastrointestinal tract. Lemon Peel contains high levels of vitamin C, d-limonene, and flavonoids that support liver enzyme activity and help neutralize free radicals. D-limonene in particular has been shown to stimulate liver detox enzymes and support bile flow, helping the body process and eliminate fat-soluble toxins.
DETOX 2 Syrup

Burdock Root is a blood purifier that has diuretic and lymphatic properties. It eliminate toxins through the kidneys and supports the liver with antioxidants like arctiin and inulin, which aid in cellular detox and improve skin health. Yellow Dock Root is a mild laxative and liver stimulant. It contains anthraquinones and tannins that support bile flow, enhance digestion, and encourage elimination through both the liver and bowels, making it especially effective for clearing waste from the colon. Milk Thistle Seeds are rich in silymarin, a powerful antioxidant complex that protects liver cells from toxins, supports regeneration of liver tissue, and enhances the liver's detoxification enzymes. It’s one of the most well-researched herbs for liver support. Red Clover Flowers are known for their lymphatic-cleansing and blood-purifying effects. Isoflavones and other phytochemicals in red clover decrease inflammation and support the removal of metabolic waste through the lymphatic and circulatory systems. Hibiscus is antioxidant-rich with compounds like anthocyanins and polyphenols that help neutralize free radicals. If you're unhappy and you know it, try this syrup! Angelica Root is used for its grounding and nervine properties. It helps reduce anxiety and uplift mood by supporting the nervous system and promoting circulation, particularly in individuals with depressive symptoms linked to stagnation or low vitality. Blue Vervain acts as a nervine and mild sedative, helping to calm the mind and ease nervous tension. It’s often used in cases where depression is accompanied by stress, restlessness, or nervous exhaustion. It may also help with mood regulation by supporting the parasympathetic nervous system. White Willow Bark is best known for its pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties (due to salicin, a precursor to aspirin), but its ability to reduce chronic physical discomfort may indirectly support mood, especially in individuals whose depression is linked to physical pain or inflammation. St. John’s Wort is one of the most extensively studied herbs for mild to moderate depression. It works primarily by inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine, thereby increasing their levels in the brain. It’s considered a natural antidepressant, though it can interact with many medications. Lemon Balm has calming, anxiolytic, and mood-stabilizing properties. Rich in rosmarinic acid and flavonoids, it supports the nervous system, reduces symptoms of anxiety, and promotes emotional balance—making it useful in depression with a stress or anxiety component. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen that helps regulate the body’s stress response by modulating cortisol levels. It can improve depressive symptoms by reducing stress, enhancing sleep, and balancing mood-related neurotransmitters like GABA and serotonin. Yarrow Flowers have been used to support emotional resilience and hormonal balance. While not as commonly cited in depression research, yarrow’s nervine and circulatory-stimulating properties may help lift mental fog and support overall vitality in those experiencing low mood.
KIDNEY Syrup

How many of you out there dealing with kidney issues? I've got you covered. Juniper Needles act as a diuretic, meaning they help increase urine production. This supports the kidneys by encouraging the flushing out of excess fluids, toxins, and metabolic waste. Juniper also has mild antimicrobial properties, which may help protect the urinary tract from infections that can strain the kidneys. However, it should be used with caution and not for extended periods, especially in those with pre-existing kidney conditions. Marshmallow Root is rich in mucilage, a gel-like substance that soothes and protects mucous membranes. For the urinary system, it provides a demulcent effect—coating and calming irritated tissues in the bladder and urinary tract. This can reduce inflammation and discomfort, making it beneficial for urinary tract infections or kidney irritation. Thyme offers antimicrobial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory benefits. While it's not a diuretic like juniper, its ability to fight pathogens and reduce inflammation can indirectly support kidney health, especially when kidney stress is related to infections or systemic inflammation. Its essential oils—like thymol and carvacrol—may also help combat harmful microbes in the urinary tract.
LADIES Syrup

Ladies, life is hard on us with four hormone phases each month, cramps, bloating, ovulation, periods, PMS, menopause, and so on, but don't worry, I got you covered with this syrup. Black Cohosh is commonly used to support women during menopause. It contains phytoestrogen-like compounds that help modulate estrogen activity in the body, which help reduce symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, and vaginal dryness. It also has mild antispasmodic effects that ease menstrual cramps. Dong Quai, often called “female ginseng,” is a traditional Chinese herb used to balance and tonify the female reproductive system. It’s rich in ferulic acid and other compounds that may promote blood circulation, regulate the menstrual cycle, and relieve symptoms of PMS and menopause. It's especially helpful for women with irregular or painful periods. Wild Yam contains diosgenin, a plant steroid that has been used in natural hormone support. While the body cannot directly convert it into human hormones, it’s often used in herbal medicine to support hormonal balance, reduce menstrual cramps, and ease menopausal symptoms like mood swings and hot flashes. Chaste Berry also known as Vitex, works by influencing the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis, particularly by lowering prolactin levels and gently balancing estrogen and progesterone. It's widely used for PMS, irregular periods, breast tenderness, and hormonal acne, and may also support fertility. Cramp Bark is a potent uterine antispasmodic, traditionally used to relieve menstrual cramps, uterine tension, and pelvic pain. It helps relax smooth muscle tissue and can be beneficial for painful periods (dysmenorrhea) or to ease uterine contractions associated with endometriosis or miscarriage risk (under supervision).
